Impact designed at the beginning changes everything. It shifts the conversation from “how much can we give?” to “how are we built?” When generosity becomes structural rather than occasional, it stops being PR and becomes leadership. The idea of business and heart sitting at the same table is beautifully put - that’s where long-term value is created, not just financial return but relational and societal strength.
